How do I get the cursor to appear at the top of an email I'm replying to automatically?

I want the cursor to appear at the top of an email that I'm replying
to, rather than at the bottom below the message thread as it currently
defaults to. I couldn't find anything in the help files in Entourage.
can someone please help?
