how do I get the zip "barcode" to print on envelopes, or labels?

If I use Word, I can get the barcode on envelopes, but not on most labels!
This year I used OL2003 "Contacts" to set up a "view" of xmas addresses, but
I could not find a way to get the "print" function to give the barcode, on
either envelopes, or labels! Is this a bug in OL?
