How do I hide members of a distibution group from recipients?

In sending emails out there are times when I would prefer that not everyone
see the distribution list. I know I can use BCC but it seems like there
should be a way to use the TO: field. TIA

That's what the BCC field is for. What else did you think you needed?

Do an email merge and then each name is in the Too field.

If you already have a distribution group set up in Outlook, all you need to
do is stick the group in the bcc field. IN the Select Names window scroll
down to your group, click on it tohighlight it and then click on bcc. Each
member of that group will get your e-mail without any knowledge of the other
recipients.

But you can't use a DL in a mail merge.
