How do I import address books from Lotus Notes

How do I import address books from Lotus Notes to my Outlook contact list?
and what format should I use to do it?


I keep getting a error message from Outlook every time I try to import the
adresses as either an excel spreadsheet, or text, whether it is tab or comma
delimited.

HELP!
