How do I import an Outlook 97 profile into Outlook 2003?

I have recently performed a clean install of WinXP-Pro and Office 2003 on a
new HDD. My Win98se HDD is insatalled as drive D: which contains my
outlook.pst file for one profile (TCSIC) and a mailbox.pst for my second
profile (Tim). I also performed a backup of both profiles and have a
separate "backup.pst file for each profile. How do I import my two Outlook
97 profiles into Outlook 2003?

Open the PST files then copy required data to your new Outlook 2003 profile.
ensure the PST file you are opening is not set to read-only first.

I am upgrading to a new system WinXP using a Full Version of Outlook2003. My
preference would be to not install Outlook97 on my mew system but to just
reopen the copied pst files or backup.pst file using Outlook2003.
