How do I import contact files?

I have Vista on my Desk Top as well as my Laptop. I am trying to get my
Office 2007 Contacts to sync with the new Laptop. It seems like most of my
files have come over except the pst. files.

Copy the PST file over then use File | Open to open it. If you like copy the
items you want to the main PST on the Laptop.
