how do I import my contacts list from Hotmail to Outlook.

I can't believe that MSN is unable to to provide help for something this
basic, instead of directing me to this "chat" room. Hotmail has a simply
utility to import contact lists....how about it MSN...if you can't do it, try
hiring from the competition!!!
