How do I import (not add) contacts into a Global Address List?

Our exchange server recently crashed, and we lost all of our email contacts
in the active directory. Before this happened, I imported the list into my
own contact list and made a pst file. Now I'd like to import these contacts
into our Global Address List, instead of adding them one by one (we have
about 2,000). Is this possible?
