How do I install pfbackup.exe for Outlook2007 on Vista?

I have a running XP system with Outlook 2007 running the backup.dll
just fine. It was installed prior to upgrading to 2007.
Got a new laptop which has Vista. Installed Outlook 2007. Ran
pfbackup.exe and it seemed to install, however, it doesn't appear in
the functions.
Suggestions?

Have you tried extracting the files with WinZip or another compression utility and then run the .msi rather than the .exe?

Thanks for the suggestion. I wasn't clear enough. The exe program
ran and put the outback.dll in the addin subdirectory. What didn't
happen was the "backup" function appearing in the "file" menu.

None-the-less, I tried your suggestion and it acted the same way.

will have to try something else.
