How do i intall grahpic converters?

My Clip Art has mysterysly disappeared....
I get a message "Publisher cannot insert this picture into the publication.
The appropriate grahpic converter is not available. For information on
running Setup to intall converteres, press F1".
F1 does not bring anything up when I press it.

What version of Publisher are you using?

Empty your temp cache, in Internet Explorer, tools, Internet Options, delete files.
If you are using the Gallery, right-click any image in the catalog, click recover.
In the Organizer, tools, click compact.
