how do i integrate project professional 2003 with outlook 2003

Hello,
I am using ms office professional 2003. i want to integrate project 2003 and
outlook 2003 so that i can track my project tasks in outlook. I do not have
project web access and am not able to install the com add in required to do
the same. is there a way to do the same. Thanks

You must have Project Server 2003 to be able to use the Outlook
functionality included with the tool. Sorry.

Look through the MS Knowledgebase for articles on Project's Workgroup tools
and see if that will suffice. You'll need to install the WGSETUP add-in for
Outlook though. Is there some IT policy in your organization that prevents
you from doing that?

Thanks for the information. I still have a small problem now. I have done all
that was mentioned in the knowledge base on editing the registry and adding
the workgroup key. But the link to workgroup is not displayed in project or
for that matter theres no additional link that is visible after editing. is
there something else that i am missing out other than editing the registry
and installing the add in. Thanks
