How do I maintain different row heights when I copy rows down a p.

I am trying to copy a form in a series of identical forms going down with
verying row heights. When I copy the form down the row heights dont stay the
correct height. Since there are 25 different sized rows it is not practicle
to adjust each row. Is there a way to copy down and maintain these row
heights?
