How do I maintain my Office Product Key when reinstalling OS

Mr. VAIO's Problem

I am about to reinstall my original OS. It includes a MS Office 2003 trial. I
purchased the product key on line, with MS, and downloaded it.

How do I maintain the product key(s) during installation?
Can I creat a recover DVD with only major programs (i.e. MS Office 2003,
ect...) which I won't need to buy another product key?

System Info: (All registered to me)
Sony Vaio Home Theater
Microsoft Windows XP
Media Center Edition
Microsoft Office 2003
