How do I make 5.5 * 8.5 manaul requiring print page 1,10 on sheet then 9, 2 ...

I am attempting to print a small (5.5 wide, 8.5 high) manual by printing
2 "pages" to a landscape sheet then, stappling down the middle and
folding. This means that for a 10 page manual, it will print 2 pages
per sheet, and page 1 and 10 will be next to each other on the first
page. In fact I believe the pages would need to be printed something
like this:
1 10
9 2
3 8
7 4
5 6

Not sure what this is called. Searched the word help and couldn't find
how to do it. Does anyone know if word does this? or of a helper
program that does?

Thanks,
-mason
