How do I make a PowerPoint URL display Full Screen just by clickin

We have wonderful powerpoint presentations which run in Full Screen. But,
when I add the files to our web site, and use a standard URL, the
presentation comes up in non-Full Screen mode for some users. We would like
it to start Full Screen for everyone without having to convert them to web
pages. Can this be done?
