How do I make Entourage the default newsreader?

When in Safari 1.2.2 (on MacOSX 10.3.4), if I click on Œnewsreader¹ from,
for instance,
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/community/community.aspx?pid=newsgroups>, the
newsreader that gets opened is Outlook Express 5.0.6 in classic mode.

Could someone please tell me how I make Entourage the default newsreader,
and stop classic mode and Outlook Express from launching?

If you don¹t have Internet Explorer installed, you can do same process
nearly identically using More Internet.

I just checked out MoreInternet... Seems to be designed for pre-Panther OS?
