How do I make the powerpoint datasheet open larger?

I create many graphs in PowerPoint that must be updated monthly. How can I
make the datasheet stay large when I open it? Normally it is 3 columns wide
by 4 lines high. I'd like it to be 20 lines high so I can see a whole year
of data easily without manually enlarging the view every time for every graph!
