How do I measure angles in Publisher 2003? e.g. designing a clock

I'm designing clock faces and need to subdivide a circle in 30 degree
elements for accurate numeral placement. Can anyone elp please?

Start with a straight line, right-click, format object, size tab, rotate 30
degrees. Because of Publisher's idiosyncrasies you will have to have a new line
for every rotation. Create a new straight line, rotate 60 degrees and so on.
