How do I merge two seperate contacts lists?

For some reason I have two lists of contacts - each called "contacts" - that
have some of the same friends, but some of my friends are in one and some in
the other. Can anyone help me merge the two lists?

Select the items in the source folder and drag them to the destination
folder. Which one is your default folder?
