How do I move from Mozilla Mail to Outlok & import all my message

I've been using Mozilla V1.7.12 for some time as my mail programme. As I use
the calender and to do list inoutlook it makes sense to transfer. When I use
the import function it finds no messages even when I choose Netscape.
Any help would be welcom as I must be missing something.
