how do i number gift certificates?

I read the help topics on this subject and it helped a little. Mine is still
only printing the number 1 on each ticket. I have made one ticket and set the
page setup to 4 per page. What else could be happening to make this not work?

Do you have one ticket on your screen? Are you printing the tickets or only
viewing print preview? Print preview will show all tickets the same, this is a
bug.
