how do I obtain Federal Express Smart Tags

I went to the Fedex website, http://www.fedex.com/cgi-bin/us_smarttags.cgi
but for some reason, it won't let me download the Fedex Smart Tag add-in.
Can I get it anywhere else or am I doing something wrong?

Actually we are using Office2003. I was able to download it and install it,
however, it just doesn't go in to the FEDEX site and populate the feilds as
it says it will do.

After installing be sure that the Smart Tags for it are activated from within MS Word or MS Excel with the steps at
