how do i obtain the hotfix for Office XP servicepack 2?

I have the issue in which I try to insert pictures into an
office app and the default view is thunbnail. I heard that
the hotfix resolves this issue.

Do what the article says and contact Microsoft Product Support Services for
the hotfis.

Hi Curt,

MS generally doesn't release hotfix (limited testing cycle) updates for download. The article for this particular hotfix also
includes my macro for switching the default view in Insert=>Picture.
