How do i order the drop down resource list?

When i go into a project and assign a task to individuals, I want the drop
down list for resource names to appear in alphabetical order, not ID order.
How can this be accomplished?

Hi Greg,

View the resource sheet. Choose Project>Sort>Sort By...
In the Sort dialog box, select Name from the first Sort by drop down.
Click the Permanently renumber resources check box at the bottom.
Click the Sort button.

This question was asked last week. Fortunately the answer will be the
same. Go to the Resource Usage view, then to Project/Sort. Select "Sort
by". Use "Name" as the sort by criteria and make sure the option at the
bottom is checked to "permanently renumber resources".
