how do i permanently view the company name in my Adress Book list

i would like to be able to permanenlty view the company name in my Address
Book list. i can get them to appear, but then if i click elsewhere on the
screen, or close the Address Book and open it later, the Company column is
blank. Aargh!

To answer you question it would be necessary to know your Outlook version
and to which "address book" or view you are referring.
