How do I prevent phantom addresses from being stored?

I keep several large distribution lists in doc files. When I want to send to
these lists, I do a cut and paste into the BCC line and send the note. Later
on, when I am sending to one of my usual people these addresses start popping
up in the Auto fill drop down.

Is there a way to either prevent these addresses from being remembered by
Outlook or is there a way to delete these remembered addresses in one quick
process?

Really I would prefer that Outlook only remember the addresses in my Contact
list.

Then turn off autocompletion ("Suggest Names") and use only autoresolution
(Automatic Name checking).
