How do I Print a found set in a public contact folder

I have a group of contacts in a public contact folder that I have categorized
and now I want to send a message to that group. How do I do this if my
exchange server does not allow me to send to the whole group at once because
of its size?

Select the contacts you want to send to, choose Tools | Mail Merge, fill in
the dialog, create your message in the Word document that will appear, and
