How do I print an envelope when this message appears, "PCL XL erro

I am unable to print my envelope design on Publisher. What I get is a
printout with the following:

PCL XL error
Subsystem: KERNEL
Error: IllegalAttribute
Operator: SetPageScale
Position: 5

Have you tried updating your printer drivers?

The message indicates that your system is asking the printer to do something
it can't do. Are you sure the printer driver installed is the correct one
for your printer? Even if the driver appears to be correct, you might be
better off with a driver for an earlier version of your printer.

I have also seen this error when you try to print at a higher resolution
than the printer supports (eg, 1200dpi for a 600dpi printer).

Also, try printing to the PS driver vs. the PCL driver to see if it prints
properly.
