Thank you in advance for your assistance.

JoAnn,JoAnn said:I don't get it. I've tried the web interface and it's beyond me why people
can't figure out how to post a question. We won't get into the issue of not
giving enough information. I'd be willing to bet they don't call a new
garage and say "Why won't my car work?". I'd rather they give too much
information than not enough - but that's just me.
JoAnn Paules said:As I explained before, it's a bit of frustration being vented. Some people,
such as yourself, search for help, and then post a proper question.
Unfortunately there are a few people who try to squeeze their questions in
the subject line and leave the message section blank. These same people have
probably never even tried to help themselves first. The first few were oddly
amusing. It isn't any amusing longer. I don't know why there's such a
problem. I've visited the MS site and found the newsgroup interface to be
quite simple. Nothing different than any email program.
For those who post a valid question with the appropriate information, we are
more than willing to help. But if you send in a blank post with a 25 word
subject, well, we're liable to make a few comments that are less than
helpful. We are just human beings - and faulty ones at that.

obtain help in using Publisher also, and I don't understand the tone of
some
of the answers to legitimate posts. I, too, had a problem printing
business
cards I had created. I eventually figured it out, but the Help section
was
no help, and I expected to find answers here. Too bad some folks use
their
intelligence as a defense mechanism.
C Walshaw said:Got that part - and it's understandable - nor was the question directed
toward you. I follow your posts and they are helpful and courteous. I
was
venting, too - specifically toward Miss Perspicacia Tick - who has ticked
me
off once too many with a condescending, unhelpful answer. I will solve my
own problem with this and just refuse to read "her" posts in the future.
