How do i print business cards on a sheet of 10

What version Publisher?
In 2002 or 03, page setup, business cards, "change copies per sheet," side .75, top
..5, gaps zero.
In 2000, page setup, business card. The option to change copies per sheet will be
available when you are ready to print.
