How Do I Print Everything in an E-mail Folder?

I saved all my daughter's e-mails from college in a folder in
Entourage 2004. I'd like to create a PDF file of them all (either
one per page or a continuous list with dated headers is acceptable.)
Is there a way to do this? Looking at Entourage, it seems to only let
me select a single e-mail for printing-not a whole folder. Also,
some of the e-mails have photos attached or included within the
messages (which are in HTML format.) I would, of course, like the
pictures to be included in the resulting PDF.

Direct to PDF is just my hope. If it has to be a Word document, that's
OK, too. (I can convert later.)

Hi Roger,

highlight that specific folder by clicking on it, then select one of the
messages. Now press Cmd+A (or go to Edit>Select All), then hit Cmd+P (or
File>Print). If you now save as PDF, you will get a single PDF file
containing all the emails from that folder, including the attached pictures.
