In the print dialog you can print non contiguous sections. Click the
selected pages option int he print dialog and then enter the sections you
want. You need to put an s before the section number and separate the
sections with commas, e.g.
s1, s3, s5
If you don't have section breaks in the document, and want to print certain
page ranges you can do this too. Enter the page numbers you want, separated
by commas. If you have a range of pages, you separate these with a hyphen.
3, 5-7, 15
would print page 3, pages 5 to 7 and page 15.
