In the footer of the document, go to the Autotext dropdown on the
Header/Footer toolbar and select "Filename and path". Actually, the Autotext
entry it inserts is just a field with the code {Filename \p}.
If you save the document in a folder on a mapped drive, the field will show
the drive letter, which is probably not what you want. My testing shows that
if you use the UNC naming (\\server\share\folder) in the Filename box of the
Save As dialog, then the Filename field will show UNC, but this may vary
according to your network setup and your version of Word.
