How do I put a Flash object in powerpoint background?

I have managed to put flash objects in PowerPoint successfuly. However, I
havn't been able to do two things?
1. I would like to put a flash object behind another object (regular
Powerpoint object or a picture). Or put a flash object in a background
template (behind text for example).
2. How do import flash objects with transparancy? (i would like to see
through a rotating ring)

Flash is treated like all multimedia files in PPT with regards to
trasparency - PPT does not support it... And all multimedia files play on
top of everything else (ie. no text on top of it).
