How do I put an image in the footer of a power point project?

Kind of an unusual request, but go to View > Master > Slide Master. Right click
on the footer placeholder and select Format Placeholder, on the Colors and Lines
tab click on the arrow next to the color box and select Fill Effects, click on
the Picture tab and then browse to and select your image.

I'm curious about why you want to do this as well. Are you trying to put a
picture such as a logo on the bottom of each slide? If so, why not just put
it on the slide master?
