How do I put one song to several slides, continuously?

I am trying, in vain, to put a powerpoint together for my daughter's
graduation. I can set the song I want to one slide, but cannot figure out
how to keep it going continuously throughout the whole show. Please, help me
if you know what I'm doing wrong.
