How do I receive HTML in Outlook

M

Mike Shrout

I currently received messages in plain text. When I
receive messages sent in HTML with linkes to web pages,
it is very confusing as to which link to click on as
there may be 20 links or more. I have gone to the mail
format option but the HTML check box is grayed out.
Thanks
Mike

Mail comes into Outlook in HTML by default, so have you installed a
plugin like HTML zapper or check the read all mail in plain text
option in O2K3?

Ok, I believe I did check a box at one time to read mail
in plain text format. But since it is a problem I would
like to change back. I cannot find the box you mentioned
to uncheck. I have looked everwhere but cannot locate
it. Do you have a suggestion.
Thanks
Mike

I tried your suggestion and that option is no where to be
found. Very frustrating to say the least. It should be
easier than this. Thanks Microsoft for making it
difficult.
