How do I reduce a poster size piece in Publisher to 8.5" by 11"?

I created a 23" by 35" poster in Publisher and want to reduce it to page size
without relaying it out. How do I do this?

Easiest way is to print it to a .pdf file and then print that .pdf file to
the size you want.

want to print that poster on 8.5 x 11 to proof it before I take it to the
printer.

Do you have a *zoom* function on your printer? You could download one of the
free PDF converters or use Acrobat if you have it and reduce the document.

I would convert it to a .pdf file and print that to fit an 8½ x 11 sheet.
