How about spending 2 minutes actually outlining the question? There
would then be more chance of somebody understanding it, willing to spend
time resolving it and getting a solution for you.

If the question is about activities splitting on the Gantt chart, then
splits can be dragged around with the mouse but I am guessing about your
real requirements.
