How do I remove identity?

Installed 08 Office, but I keep getting an error message regarding the data file in "main identity". Now Entourage will not open at all.I have tried rebuilding the data base as called for, but it never makes it to the end.
An error message stops the process.
The other applications will work, after I close the data base utility.
I had been using Office 04, and uninstalled it as well. I also reinstalled '08, but the problem is still there.

You can go to ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2008 Identities and
delete the identity from there.
