How do I remove languages from the select langauge dialog box?

I use three langauges regularly, and I need to switch back and forth in word.
When I switch I have to plough through about 100 langauges that I don't need
to find the one(version) that I do need. Is there a way to limit the number
of languages that appear in the dialog box?
