How do I remove languages from the select langauge dialog box?

I use three languages regulary. To change between languages in word I have
to scroll through about 100 languages that I never use to find the ones that
I do. Is there a way to remove the langauges I don't need from this dialog
box (i.e. can I limit the choices that I get)?
