How do I remove returned mail rejected by server as it keeps poppi

Hi

I have outlook express inthe office. I sent an email to (egyptai)and it
bounced back.
It keeps popping up everytime I send a message using outlook express. The
error message number is: error.no.0x8000ccc79 550 invalid receipient.

Help solicited

Delete it from the Outbox.
