How Do I Replace Productivity Pack with Office Professional 2003?

T

TomS

I bought a desktop PC with MS Office Professional 2003 (OP
2003) installed. I later bought a notebook PC with MS
Productivity Pack (PP) installed. Both are for non-
networked personal use. The OP 2003 license agreement
allows me to install OP 2003 onto a PC for my own use (I
have the installation discs). Would anyone have any
advice on uninstalling the PP software and installing the
OP 2003 software? Or, will OP 2003 automatically replace
the PP components during install?

Thanks!

Hi Tom,

Are you sure this was a MS Productivity Pack?
Corel's Wordperfect Productivity Pack is used
on some new PCs.

If the MS Office 2003 Professional is an OEM edition
and has been activated on one computer it's then
tied to that PC (the PC supplier does the support
for the OEM Office copies) and can't be transferred.
