We recently encountered a debocle where sensitive information was
accidentally submitted to an unintended recipient. The person who sent it
really doesn't need to have access to sending messages outside of those
addresses listed in their address book. Can I restrict access to outbound
e-mails only to those addresses found in the Outlook address book?
