How do I resume an interrupted installation of microsoft office?

S

Sam

My installation of Microsoft Office 2003 was interrupted, I think by my
spyware program, Spysweeper. At the time of its interruption, it was at the
status of writing--(I think it said "writing") registry values. Will deleting
program files be enough? Do I have clear out something in the registry, and
if so, what? Or is it okay to just resume installation by putting the cds
back in and trusting that the software won't install duplicates?

Thanks in advance,
Sam

It is quite safe to start installing again by inserting the CD in the
drive and let the insallation do its work.

As to spyware, you will be better off scanning your system with some
anti-spyware programs. May I suggest MS antispywar tool Beta version
which protects you in real time. I don't think spysweeper does this in
real time but it is also recommended in Windows NG.
