How do I retreive the my Business Contact Manager?

I accidently deleted my Business Contact Manager and all my business
contacts? Is there a way to retrieve it?

Unless you say exactly how you deleted it, no one can say how to undo what you
did. As for the business contacts, I suspect that they're gone unless you are
in the habit of backing them up.
