How do I reverse the order of a contact's "Full Name" entity?

I'm in Outlook 2003, and I'm having trouble with the order of *existing*
contacts' "Full Name." Because I had inadvertantly set the default for *new*
names to Last First, and then changed it the my desired First Last, I now
have a mix.

Is there a way to change the order of the "Full Name" of an existing
contact? Even better, can I globally change my entire list of contacts to
"Full Name" being First Last?
