how do I run office 2003 Pro in a limited user account?

After installing Office Pro 2003 on my machine the limited accounts can't
access the Office applications correctly. The icons are available in Start >
Programs > Microsoft Office but when they're clicked a pop-up comes up and
says that Office is being installed. After a time the application will come
up but then goes through the same hoo-ha when the app exits. All this
disappears if I grant the account admin status. OS is XP Pro. If there a way
around this? Thank you.
