How do I save a presentation on a CD w/o losing background sound?

P

Precious Princess

I want to save my presentation on a removable disk (CD) but when I do, the
sound I inserted from my Media Library does not play when the presentation
starts. Do I need to save the sound file on the CD as well? Please help!

You might want to look here first. If that does not work for you, then let
us know which version of PowerPoint your using.

Good to know.

Go ahead and follow Michael's advice (for either linking or embedding
sound). The bottom line for linking sound, is that you need to file the PPT
and the music in the same folder. After you've done this, relink the music.

Use the Package for CD option, and select copy to file, then use your CD
burning software to copy the files to your CD

Ok. I'll keep trying but so far, it's still not working...
